Conditions of stay

• Full payment (100%) must be sent latest 2 weeks before reserved period otherwise the reservation is cancelled.
• Accommodation can not be cancelled 13 days or less before booked (paid) period of stay.
• If you book the stay one month and more before, you have to pay an advance: 1000 CZK. Remaining amount you have to pay 2 weeks before accommodation.
• If you cancel your stay 14 and more before reserved period, we give you back all payment or the advance.
• We guarantee that your stay can be cancel from our side only in serious situations - serious faults in the house, serious disorder delivered electrics...
• If we cancel your stay we give you back all payment or the advance.

• Deposit of 500,- CZK (or 20,- EUR) paid in cash before start of stay will be returned upon delivery of appartment in good state (not damaged)
• Service (city) fee of 13,- CZK/person/day (18-70 years old) 3,- CZK/child/day must be paid in cash before start of stay.

• Week stay starts on Saturday at 2.00 PM and ends next Saturday at 10.00 AM. In case of request, start or end can be also agreed differently.
• Weekend stay starts on Friday at 4.00 PM and ends on Sunday evening. In case of request, start or end can be also agreed differently.
• For accommodation shorter than one week, time of arrival and departure can be agreed individualy.
• Price includes stay of 4-6 people, electricity, water; usage of soap, towels, bed-clothing

• Smoking is not allowed. Thank you for respecting it.
• Appartment has to be cleaned before leave. If appartment will be left uncleaned, we would charge you 200,- CZK.
• Pls. keep the appartment and entrance to the garden locked all the time.
• All damages caused by guests will be charged in full amount and must be paid in cash. Control of equipment will be done at the beginning and at the end of stay according to check list.
• Pls. keep appartment clean, respect night time, use safely all electrical equipment. In case of any trouble, pls. contact us immediatelly.
• Dogs, cats are allowed. Other animals based on agreement.
