Brief description:

We offer comfortable accommodation in two villas in Beskydy. Villas are separated by a distance only 30 m, there are two apartments in each villa. Our four-equipped, modern apartments provide guests with capacity of 23 beds, 3 children's beds and 3 extra beds. The apartments have separate entrances, bathrooms, equipped kitchens, living-rooms with TV (SAT), DVD, CD, radio, bedrooms and balconies, new: wireless conection, free of charge. Gardens, fireplaces, swimming pools, sand pits with a slides, gym yoga hall, garage, parking on site. View of the whole Beskydy.

Discount for Regular guest

• Prices mentioned above equals to night and count persons.
• Stay in the appartment - from Saturday to Saturday (arrivel from 14 p.m., departure to 10 a.m.).
• Usually we don´t offer accommodation less than a week in the main season!
• Price includes electricity, water; usage of soap, towels, bed-clothing.
• If you book the stay one month and more before, you have to pay an advance: 1000 CZK. Remaining amount you have to pay 2 weeks before accommodation.
• Deposit of 500,- CZK paid in cash before start of stay will be returned upon delivery of appartment in good state (not damaged).
• Service (city) fee of 13,-  CZK/person/day (18-70 years old), 3,- CZK/child/day must be paid in cash before start of stay.
• *Baby in the baby (over than capacity of apartment) bed is free of charge.
• The price of the pets is 100 CZK or 250 CZK/all staying.

Discount for Regular guest

• Prices mentioned above equals to night stay in the appartment.
• You can order a shorter stay than a week, but only during off-season. Then a price is determined by the number of nights.
• We usually do meny discsounts during low season, so read DISCOUNT!
• Time of arrival and departure can be agreed individualy.
• Price includes stay of 4-6 people, electricity, water; usage of soap, towels, bed-clothing.
• If you book the stay one month and more before, you have to pay an advance: 1000 CZK. Remaining amount you have to pay 2 weeks before accommodation.
• Deposit of 500,- CZK paid in cash before start of stay will be returned upon delivery of appartment in good state (not damaged).
• Service (city) fee of 13,- CZK/person/day (18-70 years old) must be paid in cash before start of stay.
• *Baby in the baby (over than capacity of apartment) bed is free of charge.

• Weekend stay is from Friday (from 16 p.m.) to Sunday evening.

New Year

11000 CZK/apartment/week 24.12. - 31.12. or 25.12. - 1.1. 2012  (dates can be moved forward and backward).  We can only offer one-week stay due to the high interest every year. Please consider whether to stay with smoll children are appropriate for you during celebration of New year. We can not guarantee peace during the New year celebration!

Rental Gym yoga hall

We rent gym yoga hall for groups wich have own trainer.

*Gym yoga hall can be used freely throughout the day from 8 am to 22 pm excluding the time when the gym yoga hall is in the exercises according to schedule. Massages at the time of rental are avoided.
